Melita and Kate Sweat for 8 (weeks)

Starting two weeks ago Kate and I signed on for an 8 week long fitness program. Enthusiasm was high, intentions were good and we have spent the last two weeks with red faces, feebly kicking our legs to the beat, and soaking up the sweat from the legions of strangers who have lain on the gym mats before us. I realized today, as I hoisted the "gunt" portion of my stomach out of the way in order to get to my toes during yoga, that I have a very long road ahead of me to get to my fitness goals. I'm hopeful we'll be able to post some "before" and "after" pictures once this program is over.
