More smoked food

We tried chicken and ribs in the smoker last night. The ribs turned out perfectly, but the chicken was just bleah. I think the issue was that the chips may have been too wet so it ended up steaming everything. When the ribs were cooked we took them out, coated them thinly w/a very vinagery homemade barbecue sauce, and put them on the grill to char a bit. I attached some exciting video of dinner cooking in the smoker.
