Renegade Craft Fair 2011

My friend Julie is heading from Brooklyn to San Francisco next weekend to sell jewelry at this year's Renegade Craft Fair at Fort Mason. Here are a few of the items Julie has made. I love the astrology cuff braceletAnother vendor I'm looking forward to seeing is Stephanie Tillman who makes adorable embroideries.

renegade craft fair

on sunday after we spent the better part of the day at the flea market we headed back across the bridge (the bay bridge - which I have a total love/hate relationship with) to check out the renegrade craft fairwhich is down at the fort mason centre on the waterI'd describe it as a living and breathing esty store - awesome!
I bought a print from this cute store - The Black Apple
Lost on the Midway - Emily Martin
and I think it goes perfectly on my wall :)
I got lots of comments about the top picture on my wall collage post. isn't she lovely? I won her here and you can buy her too from Kelly Murray's Etsy Store

Beavers make faces melt with their cuteness

While looking at sfgirlbybay I discovered the Renegade Craft Fair is this weekend! Here are some adorable beaver nightlights I found while exploring the fair's web page. I also found these kitchen towels, and anyone who knows me knows that I love vintagey kitchen towels and table clothes, I will definitely have to look for these this weekend! We're going to the city this Saturday with K & B to watch Heathers at Midnight Mass and I'm thinking maybe we'll make a day of it if everyone is up for it. Craft fair in the afternoon, pizza at Flour+Water, and drag queen movie madness at midnight.
