I'm now totally hooked on working out and decided that it would be a good idea to set some milestones and to then give myself presents for reaching these milestones. I didn't want it to be too easy since I'm giving myself really nice presents and don't want to run out of money, but also didn't want it to be too hard since then I'd get discouraged and just go buy myself nice things without doing the reaching the milestone part. My first goal is to lose 5 pounds so I can have this wonderful Vanilla Bean Birthday Cake body wash from Philosophy.
