delicious tri tip

I'm not usually a meat on sandwiches kinda girl unless it is slathered with goop of some sort but I must say that this sandwich that we had at the Peddler's Fair a few weeks ago was delicious!!! It had this most divine cold slaw and grilled onions and the meat was like butter! YUM - can you tell I am hungry right now???
