We cleaned up the side walkway this weekend as we had to plant the agapanthus that we brought from our rental property somewhere and this little walkway seemed like the perfect spot. The dirt is so dry and without nutrients so we removed the nasty old plants that were there, added some gypsum to the soil and planted the agapanthus in lovely rows... The camellia also got a big cut back and now the whole space just looks so much more open and clean don't you think? We are probably going to plant another row of something cute in front of the agapanthus and then cover all the open soil with some river pebbles to keep it clean looking and cover the terrible pvc piping of the sprinkler...
