Finally landed on a master bath style

I've been looking, and looking, and looking for a bathroom style that fits my vision for the master bath of my house and finally found this:

I'll need to insert a smaller window since my current bathroom is an airless sealed room, but I love the clean, fresh look of this bathroom and think I can pull it off in my own. Not too sure about the exposed plumbing under the sink, but I love everything else, even the black toilet seat.
