I have always wondered about these guys...

You see these street performers at most tourist spots, covered in silver from head to toe including their clothing and shoes. their art is to stand still like a statue and extract money out of unsuspecting tourists who want their picture taken with them, or who want to make them move (kind of like the guards at Buckingham Palace), but I always wonder - do they just turn up with their silver and their little platform? and do they take all that stuff off before heading home??? well on Saturday I caught a little glimpse...
