about a month before my birthday Bryce asked me what I wanted for my birthday, and my answer was 'a house of our own'... the day before my birthday we got a call from Jane our agent to tell us that an offer we made had been accepted, so as it turns out I did get a house of our own for my birthday...
17 days later and everything has gone through nicely and it looks like we are going to get the keys on Friday, which just happens to be my favourite day of the week...
