eggs benni on a sunday

Yum!

I got inspired yesterday while at whole foods (or whole paycheck as Melita calls it) and decided that I'd make Bryce and I a yummy eggs benedict this morning for breakie. I cheated and used a pre made hollandaise sauce, which turned out quite nicely but next time I think I'll make the sauce from scratch with the recipe I found here :)
